I understand when it comes to sweet , icecream , chocolate or anything with sense of sugar there is no healthy option ( at least this is my opinion !) . However , let’s face it , sometimes as in once in every 2-3 month we crave something naughty and not super healthy ! why not ? its always about choices , what to choose and where to choose it from and least harmful ! Having said all of this , while I was visiting souq wakra last week , I walked into Gharissa the Qatari ice cream which got 

• Very less added air 
• Home made and 100% natural 
• Gluten Free
• Lactose Free
• Suitable for Diabetic & Diet

  
So I got to try all the flavors and settle with one . Their selection is big and unique . Some outstanding flavors are dark chocolate ,date , rose water , mystica ,orange blossom , pistachio Mystica and rahash! 

  

I settled with a scoop of pistachio Mystica which was unbelievably delicious ! So if you are a careful eater and its your cheat day , don’t miss Gharissa ! They offer quality but not air ! 

Do I recommend it ? Yes it’s a definitely #SetiTHC_passed !
